All our consulting services are customized for each of our clients, no matter how large or small, no matter what kind of work you do or for whom you do it--university, health care provider, grassroots, political organization, arts organization, small business, a government agency.  We begin by asking you many questions and then deeply listening to your answers, and we design our work based on what you tell us about who you are, the issues you're facing, how you want to change, and what your aspirations are.

HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVICES FOR SPECIALIZED COMPANIES?

We will have a deep  conversation about your issues, needs, and organization goals .  Once we know what you are looking for, we will give you an honest assessment of whether and how we think we can be of service. If we think we are not a good fit, we will tell you.  That will just be the first conversation we will have before the work begins.  There are no guarantees, of course, but we have a 25 year history of providing the highest quality work for your institution
